Citizens always look the way politicians want them to look. This is what he said for the morning block “Good Morning, Bulgaria” on Radio “Focus” Prof. Henri Kulev, who is a famous director and cartoonist, animator, scenographer and artist.

“They want to see them enthusiastic and all in one election. And the next day things turn around and suddenly, for reference, read “The Tale of the Ladder” – Smirnensky must be studied – the next day everything turns around, the politicians become some, according to them, bona fide officials, and the ordinary voter has a very hard time seeing his ideas, his wish, the little words he expects to hear until the next election. And so, the Level, the riding of the level is transferred to an institutional level, and endless brawls begin. Not to mention the monstrous corruptions, corruption schemes, tricksters that work there. In general, it is very complicated with the electoral system,” commented the professor.

As for caricatures, Henri Kulev explained that this is a very complex and sharp art. “Sharp in the sense of psychologically sharp. The caricature is meant to irritate in some way, to anger both those in power and those without. It is meant to sit in some kind of counterpoint to what is happening”. According to Prof. Henri Kulev, the political situation is circus from the point of view of the caricature.
