Eat this dessert every day without gaining weight

If you like to eat sweets, but at the same time want to not gain weight, this chocolate dessert is perfect for you. Does not contain sugar, flour and fat.

Necessary products for the chocolate cake:

120 g rolled oats (1 1/3 cup)

200 ml hot milk (3/4 cup + 1 tablespoon)

2 bananas

2 eggs

2.5 ml vanilla butter (1/2 teaspoon)

40 g cocoa (1/2 cup)

4 g baking powder (1 teaspoon)

nuts

chocolate drops if desired

for the frosting:

100 g chocolate (1/2 cup)

30 ml hot milk (2 tablespoons)

Method of preparation:

Start by soaking the oats in the warm milk, setting aside for 10 minutes. This step is critical to achieve a smooth and strong foundation.

In a separate bowl, beat two eggs thoroughly. Add mashed bananas and a touch of vanilla extract, mix until smooth.

Add cocoa powder and baking powder to the wet mixture to ensure the chocolate essence of the cake and the proper rise.

Combine the oat and egg mixtures to form your batter, mixing until fully incorporated. Transfer the dough to a greased baking tray. If desired, sprinkle with nuts and chocolate drops for extra flavor.

Bake at 180°C for 15-20 minutes until set.

Melt 100 g of chocolate, mix with hot milk for a velvety topping.

Once baked, pour the chocolate frosting over the cake, allowing it to absorb and set.
