The Ministry of Finance must submit a realistic budget for next year. This was announced in Haskovo by GERB MP Delyan Dobrev.
He expects that next year’s revenue will hardly exceed the implementation of the budget this year, and he did not rule out the option of rejecting this budget at first reading.
“Our assessment is that next year’s revenue is unlikely to exceed this year’s budget performance.” Performance is likely to be 2 billion less than anticipated. I.e. the revenue part for the next year, even when the budget is submitted by the Ministry of Finance, must be based on a realistic assessment of the revenue part.
If it is increased, as we hear, by approximately 8 billion, I will insist to my parliamentary group that this budget be rejected,” commented Delyan Dobrev in Haskovo.
He also does not understand how it is possible to introduce two versions of tax laws.
