Meghan Markle looked like a princess at the Power of Women event in Los Angeles on Thursday night. She arrived in a cream off-the-shoulder midi dress, which she teamed with black shoes, a black clutch and simple gold jewellery. She wore minimal makeup and styled her hair in a bun, parted down the middle.
While speaking to Variety on the red carpet, Markle, 42, commented on the recent revival of Suits, which ended in 2019.
“It was great to work with, such a great cast and crew. We really had a fun time,” she said. “I was a part of it for seven seasons,” she continued. “But good shows are forever.”
She also hinted at the type of projects fans could see from production company Archwell in the future.
“We have so many exciting things on the list. I can’t wait to announce them, but I’m really proud of what we’re creating.”
She added: “My husband loves it too. It’s really fun.”
Harry, 41, did not walk the red carpet with his wife at the event, which focused on celebrating women.
The actress’ red carpet appearance follows the release of an excerpt from royal expert Omid Scobie’s upcoming book, Endgame. In it, Scobie claims Harry feels he “still has unfinished business” regarding his relationship with the press and the often biased coverage of his wife.
As fans know, the couple stepped down from their role as senior members of the royal family in 2020 and moved to America.
