Photographer accuses rapper Megan de Stallion of harassment – World

Photographerwho worked for the rapper Megan de Stallionhas filed a lawsuit against her in a Los Angeles court on several charges, the Associated Press and AFP reported.

Emilio Garcia accuses the performer of forcing him to watch intimacies between her and another woman, soon after wrongfully firing him. The photographer also accuses the rapper of being her employee abusedshamed for his weight and not being paid fairly.

After the incident, during which he witnessed her fondling another woman in a car “driving in the middle of nowhere” in Ibiza, Spain, Garcia was warned by Megan de Stallion never to discuss what he saw. She also roughed him up because of his extra pounds.

In the complaint Emilio Garcia states that he felt “embarrassed, humiliated and insulted” by what happened.

Alex Spiro, the lawyer for 29-year-old Megan de Stallion, said she would challenge Garcia’s allegations in court.

The photographer began working for the rapper, best known for her tracks WAP and Hot Girl Summer, in 2018. Ultimately, after his protests against working conditions in June 2023, she decided to stop using his services.

Megan de Stallion already made headlines when Canadian rapper Tory Lanez shot her in the leg after a drunken Hollywood party in 2020, for which he was sentenced to ten years in prison last summer.
