Queensland engineer Simon Charles Dorante-Day, 56, who claims to be the secret son of King Charles III and his wife Camilla, has said he will take legal action to prove his lineage despite the recent death of Elizabeth II. This is what the Australian said on the air of News7.
Adopted at the age of eight months by a family with ties to the British royal court, Dorante-Day reacted painfully to the fact that Crown Prince William was given the title of Prince of Wales, which goes to the first-in-line heir to the throne.

Dorante-Day described Prince’s awarding him the title as a “kick in the face”. In his words, the least Charles III could do was to recognize him as his son. “If you’re not my father, prove it,” he says. The Australian has long demanded a DNA test from members of the royal family and is convinced that the result will be in his favor.
The man did not hide that he consulted lawyers after his letter addressed to the Queen was not honored with a response.
Dorante-Day was born in Portsmouth (UK) on 5 April 1966 and was adopted at the age of eight months, after which his family moved to Australia. Both of his adoptive parents, his grandparents, worked for the Queen and Prince Philip at one of their royal estates. Simon Charles claims that his foster grandmother told him that his real biological parents are Charles and Camilla. If this information is true, it appears that King Charles III and Camilla began their close relationship in 1965.
Dorante-Day also claims that Camilla has been absent from the British public scene and Charles was sent on a trip to Australia nine months before the baby was born. According to him, Camilla for a long time did not agree to part with her son and hid him from the world with the help of the royal family and security officials. According to him, the main condition of the adoption was that his names Simon and Charles should not be changed.

However, Dorante-Day’s chronology of events contradicts official records, which state that the new king and Camilla met five years after the birth of Simon Charles. Camilla Parker Bowles married Prince Charles in 2005, 10 years after her divorce from Andrew Parker Bowles. It was she who was considered the main culprit for the unhappy marriage of Charles, who was still the heir to the throne at the time, and Princess Diana.
On his Facebook page, Dorante-Day has displayed a large number of photos showing his resemblance to members of the British royal family. One of them is a collage between his photo and that of Queen Camilla’s brother Mark Shand, who died in 2014.
