BEAST IN BLACK is the second band to confirm participation in the festival “Midalidare – Rock in the Wine Valley 2024”. The Finnish power metal band will play on the day of DEEP PURPLE – July 14. Besides them, for the first time in Bulgaria we will also see THE O’REILLYS AND THE PADDYHATS.
BEAST IN BLACK were founded in 2015 by guitarist and songwriter Anton Kabanen and are heavily influenced by bands such as JUDAS PRIEST, MANOWAR, WASP, ACCEPT and BLACK SABBATH. The group’s name is an homage to the Japanese manga and anime series Berserk. In 2021 BEAST IN BLACK release their third album “Dark Connection”. It became number one in Finland and was also successful in Sweden, Switzerland, USA, England, Germany and Japan.

On July 14, for the first time in Bulgaria, we will see THE O’REILLYS AND THE PADDYHATS. Formed in 2011 in Germany, the band focuses on Irish folk punk. The group has already been part of “Wacken Open Air” several times. It has over 100 million views on YouTube and over 50 million listens on streaming platforms.

“Midalidare – Rock in the Wine Valley” will be held from July 12 to 14, 2024. Tickets are on sale in the “Eventim” network throughout the country (order online here), as well as in “OMV”, Ticket Center of the National Palace of Culture, “Technopolis” and “Bulgarian Post” “. Children under 12 enter without a ticket.
