Shoes are not just a fashion accessory, but an important part of every woman’s wardrobe. They not only complete the look, but can change our entire style and sense of self-confidence. Each model of shoes can cause different emotions and impact on a woman’s appearance.

Today, however, we will not just talk about shoes, but about the most expensive shoes – the kind that few people can afford. In the show “On Coffee” they showed which are the five most expensive shoes in the world this year.

Most of them certainly cannot be said to enter our notions of fashion trends. What makes them so unique, however, are the stories associated with them.

In fifth place are these red slippers, which were created on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the movie “The Wizard of Oz”. They are made entirely of rubies and are not meant to be worn, but more of a collector’s item. Their price amounts to a “modest” 3 million dollars.

The next shoe isn’t very pretty, but it’s iconic. This is the shoe thrown at Bush in 2008 by a reporter from Iraq. After this shoe is thrown, it becomes a trend and they start throwing shoes at politicians all over the world. The shoe has historical value, which is why it is being sold for a whopping $10 million.

These open toe heels were made especially for a family in Dubai who didn’t skimp on the budget at all. They can be yours for $15.1 million.

In second place again are shoes created for a Dubai family. And here they bet on an infinite amount of diamonds and gold. They don’t look very comfortable, but then they cost $17 million.

The most expensive shoes on the list are priced at $19.9 million. They are called Moonstar shoes. These are again made of diamonds and gold, but what makes them even more special is that there is also a piece of meteorite somewhere in them.
