The victim had a kidney transplant and any injury could be fatal
A man ransacked the gym of bodybuilder Emily Balkova in Burgas. The attacker, who broke into the premises on the morning of May 23, is the former tenant of the site, claim the new owners of the center. According to them, there was also physical aggression and an attack with a pipe wrench.
The reason for the prevention was the fitness equipment of the hall, which until some time ago was managed by a businessman from Burgas. The police intervened and detained the man for 24 hours.
According to Emily, when she and her husband Galin arrived in front of the hall at 10:00 a.m., they found the former tenant talking to the owner of the premises. “He had come to collect neon signs from the ad that had been prepared for collection. However, when he saw my husband he asked: “Where is my device?”. It is about the remains of an appliance, which are quite heavy and were left in the object long after the former tenant left, and we were disturbed”, she points out.
And he adds: “The deadline for the final release of the object was until April 20. We waited for them until May 5. Then we started preparing the room. The appliance in question was here until May 23”.
“This guy is stabbing me in the ribs with the pipe wrench. He broke the mirrors that were not placed by him. We store the broken appliance in a yard, it is put away and, if it is not looked for, it must be handed over to secondary raw materials”, says Kalin Balkov. He was adamant that he had obtained a medical certificate and would seek his rights in court. “I have a kidney transplant and any blow and injury to the abdomen can be fatal,” explained the victim.
