Doctors draw for children. This is the core of the charity exhibition “Colors for Children – Our Future”, organized by the Art Studio of the Medical University – Plovdiv.
In the spirit of good tradition, the lobby of Study Building 1 in the period from 01.06. until 09.06.2023 d. will again be a space charged with beauty and kindness. We will feel them in the works of the visiting authors – Prof. Dr. Galina Kurteva and Dr. Neli Tsolova, as well as the representatives of the hosts – Prof. Dr. Julia Peeva from the Department of “Social Medicine and Public Health” and Ch. Assistant Professor Milena Draganova from the Department of “Medical Biology”.
The opening is from 13.00.
Prof. Dr. Galina Kurteva is one of Bulgaria’s great authorities in the field of medical oncology and chemotherapy. Her professional biography as a specialist, long-term national consultant, head of the Chemotherapy Clinic at USBAL oncology in Sofia and a prominent scientist with over 100 scientific works, evokes deep respect. Dr. Neli Tsolova has also dedicated her life to oncology through her clinical experience and organizational skills as a marketing manager at the established pharmaceutical company Ecopharm.
The energy, strength and talent of the participants in the exhibition “Colors for children – our future” do not fit only in the field of medicine!
“Come to the opening of the exhibition at 1:00 p.m. on 01/06/2023 in the lobby of Study Building 1 to enjoy their creativity and contribute to a good cause – raising funds to help children with cancer! “, stated the Art Atelier to the Expert Council for Cultural and Social Activities in MU-Plovdiv. The funds will be provided to the Children’s Oncohematology Department at the Pediatrics Clinic, “St. George” UMBAL – Plovdiv.
