They are again looking for who will build the new kindergarten

The municipality of V. Tarnovo announced a new public tender for the selection of a contractor for the kindergarten in the “Kartala” quarter, after the previous procedure was terminated. The new order is again for part of the construction and repair activities – construction of the reinforced concrete structure of the building of the children’s institution; implementation of all external and internal brick walls, roof waterproofing, plumbing networks and facilities, etc.
The estimated estimated value is BGN 2.8 million without VAT. However, this amount is insufficient for the construction of the new garden. After conducting market consultations at the beginning of the year, it became clear that the total amount needed for the children’s facility is BGN 5.2 million. The remaining funds will be sought again from the state, and they will be for furnishing and building the playgrounds .
For the construction of the kindergarten, funds were allocated already in 2020 under the Program for the construction, extension, upgrading and reconstruction of nurseries, kindergartens and schools 2020-2022 of the Ministry of Education and Science. It is planned that there will be five groups or its capacity will be for 120 children. Playgrounds, a sports and recreation area, parking and landscaping will be built in the garden area. Gazebos, benches and park paths are also planned.
The deadline for submitting offers is November 21, after which a date will be announced for the opening of the participants’ price offers.
