Dobrin Dobrev: The power to change and upgrade is in each of us, Razgrad needs actions in gradation

Dear fellow citizens,

The first round of local elections 2023 has passed. Thanks to all of you and the support you voted for me, I am running for re-election and will fight for your trust again on November 5th with number 71 on the ballot.

I thank everyone who exercised their right to vote on Sunday and showed responsibility in choosing the future for our municipality. Only the activity of every single citizen on election day can stop the bought and corporate vote.

During the past month of active election campaigning, you have become familiar with the platforms of all the candidates. The commitments I made to you, as well as my proposals for the development of the municipality of Razgrad, differ from the others in the important detail that I know how to actually implement them. My meetings with you have complemented and enriched my management program. I can responsibly state that it is no longer just mine, as a candidate for mayor, but of all the residents of the municipality. I believe that after this Sunday we will have the opportunity to start its successful implementation together.

They promise you a fast track, but it is good to know whether this rush will lead to the development of Razgrad municipality and prosperity for its residents, or to a quick and certain failure. Do we have a guarantee of growth, or will we once again experience times when, instead of prosperity for all, there were benefits for the few?

I promise you sustainability in growth, achieved with a lot of hard work, perseverance and competent work. My mandate as mayor will be an example of greater proximity between citizens and the Municipality. Razgrad will truly become our common home. Our clean, orderly and safe municipality. The city and villages will continue to develop, because we all deserve much more! The power to change and build is in each of us, Razgrad needs actions in gradation. Actions for the benefit of every single person, every neighborhood, street and settlement. I am sure that each one of us wants this to be achieved and all this is achievable, with your support and the persistence with which we will work for each and every resident of our municipality.

This Sunday, vote with number 71 on the ballot.
