Bakardjiev and Vachev start on the “Drakon” track

On the 4th and 5th of November, the penultimate round of the Closed Road Car Championship will take place. The starts will be on the “Dragon” track.

Two competitors of the Haskovo Automobile Club will take part in the race – Ivan Bakardjiev and Iliya Vachev. Both have their chances to enter the top three.

In the provisional ranking of the RC4 class in the Sport series, Bakardjiev is third. He missed the start in Haskovo, as he was the main organizer, which in turn will largely prevent him from fighting for the first position. However, a good ride in the last two rounds could secure him a place in the top three. Like Bakardzhiev and Vachev, he missed one of the rounds, only in Sofia.

The leader in the provisional classification of the class is another car driver from the district. In first place is Dragomir Dragov from Harmanli. He competes for ASK Efko Racing Kazanlak.

What will happen on the Dragon track remains to be seen. Tomorrow is practice and qualifying, and on Sunday are the official starts.

The last round of the championship is on November 18 and 19 in Stara Zagora.
