Except in Sliven and in 12 Sliven villages will elect a mayor on November 5. At the runoff, the candidates for mayors of the municipality will test their strength. Tvarditsa, the villages of Bikovo, Blatec, Gavrailovo, Bozhevtsi, Byala, Gradsko, Kaloyanovo, Kovachite, Krushari, Samuilovo, Sotirya and Topolchane.

186 are the polling stations for the runoff, in all of them voting will be done both by machines and by paper ballot. This is what Rositsa Todorova, chairman of the OIC – Sliven, told Radio Stara Zagora.

There will be polling stations in the Old People’s Home, in the Sliven Prison and in the Military Hospital, there are two mobile polling stations. They expect a faster counting of votes from the OIC in Sliven.

“These elections will be easier than the previous ones, since there will be no voting for municipal councilors, i.e. there are no preferences. Since the members are already trained to vote by machine and with paper ballots, I very much hope that everything will go better ok. The delay will be with us until we get smart cards, flash drives, God forbid they all open.”
