
A tornado passed through the village of Lavino near Isperih. It took the roofs of 30 houses, according to initial data of the teams on the ground.

A strong storm also hit Shumen, where a 66-year-old woman was trapped by a fallen tree. A rescue team responded to the scene and pulled the woman out. She has a fractured vertebra in her spine, as well as a dislocated ankle and a fractured right leg.
A tornado was also observed 10 km from Silistra.
According to “Meteo Balkans” data, another storm is forming in Southeast Bulgaria.
In Dulovo there is also a strong storm and houses with their roofs blown off. Eyewitnesses claim that a strong tornado passed through the city.
Sliven was also hit by a strong storm and fallen trees, where a tree trapped a car.
There are also apocalyptic shots from the storm in the region of Kazanlak and Buzovgrad.
In Provadia there is strong wind and heavy rain.
Kardzhali was also hit by a storm that left behind fallen trees, broken branches and material damage.
On Friday, forecaster from the National Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology Anastasia Stoycheva predicted significant amounts of precipitation on Saturday. In most of the country, 30-40 l/sq.m are expected, but in Western Bulgaria and the Rilo-Rhodope region, quantities of the order of more than 50-60 l/sq.m, including 100, are possible.
