The security of the election premises last night was peaceful. At 7:00 a.m. today, the sectional premises and the materials contained in them were handed over to the 74 SIKs, which are functioning for the second round in the Razgrad region. This was announced by the press center of the ODMVR-Razgrad.
So far, there are no reports of events that would threaten the normal conduct of the elections.
We remind you that armed persons and those carrying objects dangerous to the life and health of citizens are not allowed in the polling station. The use of mobile phones, cameras or other recording equipment to record the voting process is prohibited. The employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs provide external security at the polling stations. If necessary, they intervene to restore order, if there is a decision for this by the relevant electoral commission.
Citizens can file reports related to violations that impede the normal course of the election process and are related to the actions of the Ministry of the Interior, to the 24-hour telephone line of the Ministry 02 90 112 98 and email [email protected] / or to the Ministry of Internal Affairs – Razgrad at tel. 084 62 72 57.
An organization has been created so that the units of the “Bulgarian Identity Documents” Directorate work today from 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. They will issue certificates (for lost, stolen, damaged, destroyed ID cards and expired documents) with a view to exercising the voting rights of citizens. In the days from October 31 to November 3, only one certificate was issued – in Razgrad. Voting certificates were not issued on the reflection day. Three ID cards prepared in Razgrad were handed over.
There are now a total of 53 signals received by the ODMVR in connection with the elections. No complaints were received on Saturday.
