Bird showed Vanya Grigorova’s suspiciously cheap new property. The yellow-paved house was built on land bought for 5 euros per square meter. The trade unionist received a loan in the amount of BGN 350,000.
The property had the status of an urbanized territory as early as 2018, which means that the market price in the area was about 50 euros per square meter – 10 times higher than the one sold by Grigorova.
We hope that the competent authorities will verify exactly how the property was purchased and whether the transaction was carried out according to Bulgarian legislation.

Over the years, the leader of “Vazrazhdane” Kostadin Kostadinov acquired similar properties for nothing. Earlier, Tsvetan Tsvetanov also got a property for no money, but with an internal elevator. On the other hand, Vladislav Goranov, who was sanctioned under Magnitsky, has lived all his life in the properties of his relatives at similar prices.
