There are a total of 282,251 voters
Plovdiv residents will vote in 471 polling stations in the second round today, 4 of which are for voting with mobile ballot boxes for people with permanent disabilities, 2 – in detention centers and prisons, and 6 – in medical facilities.
In 455 polling stations, voters will have the choice of voting with paper ballots or by machine. There will be no machine voting in sections with less than 300 voters, of which there are 16 sections in Plovdiv.
The total number of voters in Plovdiv entitled to vote in the second round is 282,251 (“Central” district – 59,499, “Eastern” district – 43,359, “Western” district – 30,617, “Northern” district – 40,826, “Southern” district ” – 63,120, “Thrace” – 44,830).
67 people appear for the first time in the electoral rolls of the municipality of Plovdiv. These are residents with a permanent address in the city who turned 18 in the period between the first and second rounds.
Free transportation is provided to facilitate voting for voters with impaired vision or mobility. Requests for specialized transportation of people with permanent disabilities from their home to the polling station and back to the voter’s home are accepted until 5 p.m. today on phones: 032/962478 and 0887484884.
The municipal administration reminds that by their orders, the mayors of the regions have prohibited the sale, serving and use of alcohol and spirits for the period from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. today in public catering establishments and other public places within the administrative-territorial boundaries of Plovdiv. an exception will be made for pre-planned family celebrations.
