I am not comparing Sofia with Moscow or Troyan. I voted after 4 years to be proud of how much the capital of Bulgaria has progressed.
This was said by the co-chairman of PP-DB Kiril Petkov after voting in the second round of the local elections. He used a machine to exercise his right to vote.
“All young people, get out and vote today. All mothers and fathers, grandparents – don’t vote with nostalgia. Vote for the future of your children and grandchildren,” urged Petkov.
“All Bulgarians are great and we must all vote for a great Bulgaria,” he declared.
“Today, I believe in the people of Sofia, I believe in our city, and I think there is no option in which the people of Sofia will not choose the future of a European capital.”
Asked what he thought of the support of Boyko Borisov and GERB for Vasil Terzievhe said: “I appreciate that at the end of the campaign Borisov made the right decision.”
“I will not respond to all insinuations and fake news,” he concluded.
