An explosion was heard in the metropolitan district “Lyulin” 5, eyewitnesses told BLITZ. The incident took place in the area of block 526.
So far, it is not clear what exactly exploded. According to eyewitnesses, the explosion reverberated throughout the neighborhood.
A man was taken out of the block, covered in blood.
The police, fire brigade and ambulance arrived at the scene. Sirens can be heard wailing in the area.
