In Pazardzhik, the voter turnout at 11:00 a.m. was 8.69%, which is much less than in the first round. The Roma quarter “Iztok” in the city remains under an increased police presence, and in front of the primary school in the quarter, where most of the sections are located, there are also Gendarmerie cars.

In three sections in Panagyurishte, machine voting was temporarily suspended due to defects, and in the Pazardzhik section #23, voting was completely paper-based.

In the Panagyur village of Popintsi, the machine only counted the election for the mayor of a town hall, but not for the mayor of a municipality. The same problem has appeared in the village of Elshitsa.

In Panagyurishte, one of the machines tore the notes in the middle. The Chairman of the Municipal Commission in Panagyurishte Preslava Mehterova:

“Now at this time already (around 12:00) the voting is normal with the machines.”

In front of the sections in the Roma quarter “Iztok” in Pazardzhik, it is empty, there are no people willing to vote, a reporter’s check showed. By noon, only seven people had voted in Section 87 in the neighborhood.

In the central part of Pazardzhik, paper or machine preferences are equal.
