In the second round, the mayor of the municipality of Dobrich is elected, where the total number of voters is 74,254.

As of 4 p.m., 13,683 people had exercised their right to vote, which is an 18.43% turnout.

In the municipality of Kavarna, the number of voters is 12,157, of which 4,686 people went to the polls at the above-mentioned hour, which is 38.55% turnout.

A total of 16,644 people have the right to vote for the mayor of a municipality in the Balchik municipality, of which 4,357 people have cast their vote by 4:00 p.m., which is 26.18 percent.
In the village of Odertsi, municipality of Dobrichka, the mayor of the town hall is elected in the second round. The total number of voters was 490, 190 people voted – 38.78 percent.
The ballot boxes for the election of the mayor of the town hall also go to the village of Yovkovo, municipality of Gen. That’s it. The total number of voters was 264, 97 people voted – 36.74 percent.
In four villages on the territory of the municipality of Balchik, the mayor of the town hall – Zmeevo – 161 voters, voted 97 – 60.25%, was also elected in the second round; Kranevo – 678 voters, voted – 339 – 50.%, Prespa – 168, voted 87 – 51.79%, Church – 247 voters, voted 132 – 53.44%.
The village of Polkovnik Dyakovo in the municipality of Krushari also elects a mayor in the second round. The total number of voters in the village is 270 people, 140 voted – 51.85%.
In three villages of the municipality of Tervel, a runoff for mayor of a town hall is also held. In the village of Popgruevo the total number of voters is 522, 198 voted – 37.93%, Orlyak – total number of voters 1531, 475 voted – 31.03%, Kableshkovo – total number of voters – 479, 92 voted – 19.21%.
