Pencho Milkov from BSP for Bulgaria wins the elections in Ruse. This is according to the data from the exit poll of Trend agency, commissioned by NOVA.
According to preliminary data on Milkov 60.3% of voters voted. Ivan Ivanov from GERB collected 33.4%.

61.8 percent of the people of Pleven who voted stood behind him. The current mayor, independent candidate Georg Spartanski, came second in the race with 32.5 percent of the vote. “I do not support anyone” – 5.7%.
