In 13 villages, the election day in Smolyan region began with an interrupted power supply. Many settlements in the district remained without electricity after the storm on Saturday.
Tsifra is dynamic because in places the power supply is restored, in others there is an emergency. The reason is broken power lines from fallen trees.
Villages in the municipalities of Chepelare, Zlatograd, Banite, Madan, Rudozem and Smolyan are without electricity. Despite the power problems, election day started normally. There are the most accidents along the Ardina trough in the municipality of Smolyan.

One of the sections without electricity is the one in Mogilitsa. The chairman of the commission there – Mariana Chocheva specified that they have had no problems since the beginning of the election day and they work in daylight.
The Municipality assures that by the end of the day, units will be delivered to the polling stations in the villages where there is no electricity. There are still road closures in the area.
