In addition, the liquid that is used in cutting the gneiss is poured into the ravines and the river.
Until this moment, the Municipality turns a blind eye to these outrages and does not take any measures.
In addition to these wastes, there is also a huge one near the city illegal a landfill where, in addition to household and construction waste, oils and tubes of plant protection preparations are disposed of.
Although “Sakarnews” has signaled about this to ROISV – Haskovo and the Ministry of Education and Culture, they have not taken any adequate measures to limit the pollution.
Besides being an environmental problem, this is also a violation of European directives, for which Bulgaria pays huge fines.
