An 80-year-old driver caused a chain accident in Plevensko. On November 4, on the first-class Byala-Botevgrad road, at the turnoff for the village of Totleben from the Pleven side, he took the right of way from a car driven by a 21-year-old man, who was correctly moving in the same direction. It caused a chain accident with a Renault Megan Scenic driven by a 67-year-old man with a semi-trailer attached to it driven by a 31-year-old man and a Mercedes driven by a 20-year-old driver. Material damage was done to the cars. All drivers tested negative for alcohol.

The prosecutor on duty from Pleven was notified and pre-trial proceedings were initiated.
