Elena Mateva is the new Business Development Manager of ARCO REAL ESTATE

Elena Mateva is the new Business Development Manager of the ARCO REAL ESTATE real estate agency, they announced.

Having graduated from Sofia University in Law in 2005, Elena Mateva specializes in “Dispensation of Justice” and “Public Administration”, and since 2018 she has been working as a Business Development Manager in one of the major real estate agencies, serving its offices in Sofia and Plovdiv.

Elena Mateva has extensive experience in the field of real estate. After graduation, she started working as a lawyer in a British company operating on the Bulgarian market. There, she acquired the skills to structure transactions involving foreign clients, as well as take responsibility for solving various cases.

In 2010, Elena Mateva was officially enrolled as a lawyer at the Sofia Bar Association, focusing on the field of civil law – property, bond and commercial.

At ARCO REAL ESTATE, Elena Mateva works on an author’s program for introducing new employees to the company. Developed in 30 steps, the program aims to create the right work habits in the employee, including working with clients – buyers and sellers of real estate.

An induction program and subsequent training courses at ARCO REAL ESTATE help new colleagues in the company learn key techniques in terms of commercial negotiations as well as document processing.

Upon completion of the Introductory Program and advanced training at ARCO REAL ESTATE, each of the new brokers receives a certificate from the Ministry of Education and Science.
