GERB won the mayoral race in Burgas (in the first round), Veliko Tarnovo, Vratsa (in the first round), Targovishte (in the first round), Gabrovo, Pernik (in the first round), Pleven, Plovdiv, Sliven, Smolyan, Stara Zagora ( already on the first round) and Haskovo.

A categorical victory for the mayoral seat in Montana for GERB already in the first round. The residents of the city re-elected their longtime mayor Zlatko Zhivkov for the seventh time in a row.
The PP-DB coalition won the mayoral elections in Blagoevgrad, Varna and Pazardzhik, and in Sofia, with nearly 100% of the processed protocols, the candidate of the coalition, Vasil Terziev, won the election.
The BSP finished the local vote with success in four regional cities, as it had in the previous elections. The party repeats its result only in Ruse and Razgrad (where it supports a candidate nominated by an initiative committee) and replaces its victories in Pernik and Blagoevgrad in 2019 with successes in Shumen and Silistra (again with support for a candidate nominated by an initiative committee).
Tsveta Tsenkov remains mayor of Vidin for another term, supported by SDS, NDSV and Novoto vreme.
Yordan Yordanov was elected mayor of Dobrich, supported by MK DBG (DBG, ITN, NDSV, SSD, GN and VMRO-BND).
In Kyustendil, the long-time mayor Petar Paunov surrendered power, and the elections were won by Ognyan Atanasov, supported by the Green Party.
And Lovech will have a new mayor in the person of Stracimir Petkov, supported by the parties “There is such a people” and “Bulgarian Rise”.
Independent candidate Dobrin Dobrev was elected mayor of Razgrad.
In Silistra, the independent candidate Alexander Sabanov won the mayoral elections.
Vasil Nikolov, supported by “LEVITSATA!”, was elected mayor of Targovishte.
