As of 6 o’clock this morning, 100% of protocols in the OIC have been processed. It has already become clear from them that the independent candidate Dobrin Dobrev will sit on the mayoral post in Razgrad. He received 8,009 votes (54%). Second was Miroslav Grncharov from PP-DB with 6,374 votes (42.98%).
448 people (3.02%) chose the option “I do not support anyone”.
MAYOR OF CITY HALL
Getsovo village
Here the mayor will be Nikolay Tsonev from PP-DB with 420 votes (52.83%). Emil Gizdov from BSP remains in second place with 369 votes (46.42%). Six people did not support either.
Osenets village
Plamen Pavlov from the BSP won the mayor’s seat with 197 votes (57.94%). In second place is Zdravka Obretenova from PP-DB with 141 votes (41.47%). Two people have not supported anyone.
Pobit kamak village
The mayor will be Valentina Vasileva from BSP with 86 votes (54.78%), and Rositsa Yakimova from GERB came second with 70 votes (44.59%). One person has not supported anyone.
Poroishte village
Here the mayor will be Panayot Uzunov from PP-DB with 99 votes (57.89%). In second place is Petar Panchev from BSP with 65 votes (38.01%). Seven people have not endorsed anyone.
Radingrad village
After a runoff, the mayor’s chair will be taken by Yeniz Mehmed from DPS with 93 votes (56.71%). Second was Hawa Hussein with 65 heads (39.63%). Six people did not support either.
Rakovski village
Here the mayor will be Refika Huseinova from DPS with 428 votes (53.10%). In second place was Akcay Lutfi from GERB with 363 votes (45.04%). 15 people have not endorsed anyone.
Yasenovets village
The mayoral seat will be taken by Reyhan Hussain from PP-DB with 689 votes (50.77%). Ahmed Akhmedov from GERB is in second place with 654 votes (48.19%). 14 people have not endorsed anyone.
