In addition to the municipalities of Smolyan, Zlatograd and Chepelare, there were runoffs in 7 more settlements. In the Smolyan village of Podvis, Rositsa Alucheva from DPS won the mayor’s seat by one vote, 38 people voted for her, and 37 for Sevdalin Yaramov from the “Our City” Movement. 1 voted “I do not support anyone”.

In Erma Reka – Boryana Likova from GERB is the mayor with 59.05% or 274 votes. 183 or 39.44% voted for the opponent and Emil Profirov from BSP. In Startsevo, Mitko Topchiev from GERB won with 62.22% or 713 votes before Elmira Topchieva-Merkova from PP-DB, who got 413 votes or 36.04%

There was also a runoff in two settlements in the Dospat municipality. In Barutin, the mayoral seat was won by Radoslav Cholakov from GERB with 434 votes or 51.85%. 398 people voted for his opponent Evgenia Delieva from the PP-DB Local Coalition “There is such a people”. Valentin Vazov from GERB is the new mayor of Chavdar, he won with 111 votes or 68.10% against 50 votes for his opponent Emil Kushev from BSP.

Rudozem village of Chepintsi will be managed by Riza Brakhimbashev from PP-DB. 551 voters or 50.32% voted for him against 527 votes for Radoslav Topalski from DPS. In Vitina, the final results were 64 votes for Nermedin Cheushev from “There is such a people” against 31 votes for his opponent Radoslav Kehaiov from DPS.
