Local elections in Bulgaria are over! The vote will be remembered, according to sociologists, with one of the lowest voter turnouts in the last 30 years. Voter turnout in the country as of 4:00 p.m. yesterday was 26.4%, according to CEC data. This means that 1,029,063 out of 3,897,609 eligible voters went to the polls.
