Today, an expert from Vanya Grigorova’s staff showed a copy of an official protocol from section 224601006, in which there is not a single vote for any candidate. He presented this as an argument to challenge the election, because such an empty protocol could be filled with any numbers you wanted. Yes, but no, because there is also video surveillance, writes bird.bg.

Therefore, there is no manipulation and overwriting, but the question remains how “official” is the displayed copy and how “original” is the scanned protocol uploaded to the CEC?
