The regional governor convenes the first meetings of the newly elected municipal councils in Dobrichka region

In the next week, the new municipal councils will be constructed in the municipalities in the district, elected for the term 2023-2027. District Governor Yordanka Kostadinova on the basis of Art. 23, para. 1 of the Law on Local Self-Government and Local Administration /ZMSMA/, convenes the first meetings of the newly elected municipal councils in the municipalities of Balchik, General Toshevo, Dobrichka, Kavarna, Krushari, Tervel and Shabla, as follows: Municipality of Shabla – by order No. RkD-20- 195/02.11.2023 on November 6 at 10:30 a.m.; Municipality of Balchik – by order No. RkD-20-194/02.11.2023 on November 6 at 2:30 p.m.; Municipality of Kavarna – by order No. RkD-20-198/03.11.2023 on November 10 at 3:00 p.m.; Municipality of General Toshevo – by order No. RkD-20-189/02.11.2023 on November 7 at 3:00 p.m.; Tervel municipality – by order RkD-20-192/02.11.2023 on November 9 at 11:00 a.m.;
Municipality of Dobrichka – by order RkD-20-190/02.11.2023 on November 10 at 11:00 and Municipality of Krushari – by order No. RkD-20-197/03.11.2023 on November 7 at 10:30 o’clock
According to Art. 23, para. 2 and para. 3 of the ZMSMA before the start of the first meeting, the newly elected municipal councilors and mayors of municipalities and settlements take an oath under Art. 32, paragraph 1 in the presence of the regional governor, residents of the municipality, and the chairman or member of the Municipal Election Commission.
An order to convene the first meeting of the newly elected municipal council in the municipality of Dobrich is about to be issued.
