Eighth-grader from Hristo Smirnenski Secondary School in Pernik, Nina Nikolova /pictured/ is included in the almanac published by the Dimitar Berbatov Foundation – “Successful Children of Bulgaria 2022”. The girl is a table tennis player and last year won three gold medals from the national championships.
First place, gold medal and the title “State Champion” Nina won in 2022 in an individual competition for girls under 13 years old. At the beginning of April last year, at the State Individual Table Tennis Championship in Varna, she again took first place, a gold medal and the title of “State Champion” in mixed doubles under 13, and her partner was Ludmil Dimitrov from the maritime capital. At the same championship, the girl from Pernik also became first in girls’ doubles.
Nina won her third award individually, cadets up to 15 years of age at the National table tennis tournament for the “Bulgaria” – “Young Olympian” cup, on September 24, 2022 in Plovdiv. The tournament is on the calendar of the Bulgarian Table Tennis Federation.
Perniška nadeja entered the gym and started training at the age of 6. Now he trains at the “Metalik” table tennis sports club. Her coach is Emil Mihailov.
