Three people were injured in a traffic accident around 1 pm yesterday on the road from the village of Kyosevo to Kardjali. A 68-year-old man with a Mazda lost control, entered the oncoming lane and hit an Opel. The two drivers and a passenger of the Opel passenger car were transported to the Emergency Department in Kardzhali and after an examination, two of them were left under observation. The alcohol test with a technical device of the driver of the Mazda passenger car showed 0.33 per thousand, and the other driver had a negative result. The accident was handled administratively with an act under the Civil Code. A team of RSPBZN-Kardzhali cleaned the roadway in the area of the accident. At midnight on November 16, in the Kirkivs village of Svetlen, a 50-year-old driver of a Nissan car lost control and crashed into a tree. The alcohol test performed with a technical device reported a negative result. An act under ZDvP has been drawn up.
