A man entered an office at a school in Radomir during classes and took two girls out. The case was reported yesterday by the 37-year-old mother of one of the girls. She informed about obscene actions, insults and profanity on the part of the man against her 15-year-old daughter and her classmate, police said.
The man pulled the children out of class to clarify a situation he was informed about his wife, who was selling goods at a stall against the school. according to her the children did not pay for their snacks, which they took. Her statements led to rude and disrespectful behavior of the 44-year-old man from Radomir towards the girls. The police later found out that the allegations against the children are not true.
In this case, pre-trial proceedings for hooliganism have been initiated. An investigation is underway under the supervision of the prosecutor’s office.

Later, the state prosecution in connection with the case reported that today the Territorial Department in Radomir to the District Prosecutor’s Office in Pernik received a notification from the police for initiated pre-trial proceedings for a crime under Art. 325, para. 1 of the Criminal Code – committing obscene acts, grossly violating public order and expressing clear disrespect for society.
In the course of the investigation, it was established that on November 15, 2023, on “Cherkovna” Street in Radomir a woman entered the building of an educational institution due to a dispute over unpaid goods from a nearby commercial establishment.
Witnesses of the incident were interviewed. All the facts and circumstances surrounding what happened are clarified.
