N race around the Vasil Levski stadium. Fans gathered at a national protest because of the scandals surrounding the European qualification between Bulgaria and Hungary. Tensions escalated and police used a water cannon to disperse the crowd. There were a lot of bombs and smoke. Police officers and protesters have been injured. At least ten have been arrested. Two water cannons came into use on the spot. Protesters tried to march towards the police cordon, armed with stones and branches. There are injured and arrested. Firefighters put out burning garbage containers in the streets around the National Stadium.
There are quite a few injured policemen with minor injuries who are being treated, announced the SDVR.

The SDVR announced that they are undertaking organization and measures to de-escalate the tension. Police officers have been injured. After clashes between agitators, there were also casualties among the protesters. Material damage was also caused to motor vehicles.
Pistols, boxes, batons and sprays were confiscated by the police at the checkpoints around the “Vasil Levski” National Stadium.
The protests are guarded by about 1,600 policemen.

The procession of CSKA started from “Bulgarian Army” and blocked the traffic on “Orlov Most”. At the same time, a group of Levski fans and guests from Hungary gathered from Gurko Street. In front of Sofia University, there is also a group of protesters who have come from outside Sofia, and they are about to head to the stadium.
There is also a traffic jam on “Vasil Levski” Blvd. in the center of the capital. Policemen regulate the traffic, and public transport runs late.

The Ministry of the Interior announced that traffic is temporarily closed on Tsar Osvoboditel Blvd. from Evlogi and Hristo Georgievi Blvd. to Vasil Levski Blvd. and on Evlogi and Hristo Georgievi Blvd. from Orlov Bridge to Graf St. Ignatiev”. Public transport vehicles have been diverted along detour routes, respectively:
Buses coming from “Mladost” and “Druzhba” are diverted through the roundabout of the TV tower along “Aleya Yavorov” Blvd., “Dragan Tsankov” Blvd. and “Tsarigradsko Shose” Blvd. Trolleybuses coming from “Mladost” and “Druzhba” turn at the intersection at the 4th kilometer, and those from “X. Dimitar” turn around at the Vasil Levski Monument roundabout and back along their route.
