The protocols for opening a construction site and determining the line and level for construction of the technical infrastructure for Angel Kanchev Street and Zgorigrad Street were signed. On November 13, a temporary organization of traffic /VOBD/ was created on “Angel Kanchev” Street and “Zgorigrad” Street, in connection with carrying out major repairs of the said streets.

The investment projects have been approved and construction permits have been issued for “Nikola Y. Vaptsarov” Street, “Todor Ikonomov” Street and “Riga” Street /in the section from “Yundola” Street to “Bratislava” Street/.

They started activities for the approval of quantity and value accounts, in connection with damaged heating installations in the buildings of the social service “Social Housing” /ul. “Belmeken” 31/, SBA, Home for Old People “Vazrazhdane” and Military District I degree – Ruse /ul. “Princess” 8/.

2 investment projects with 6 project parts have been agreed upon, submitted for approval and issuance of construction permits. 2 building permits have been issued.

8 inspections were carried out on the territory of the city of Ruse and small settlements in the municipality, in connection with reports from citizens and orders of control bodies, and protocols were drawn up for the inspections.

A finding document for the establishment of illegal construction has been issued, and it is in the process of being sent to the interested parties.
