Administrative Court – Blagoevgrad scheduled for open court hearing the case filed against Decision No. 300-MI/31.10.2023. of the Municipal Election Commission – Petrich to determine the election results for municipal councilors of the municipality of Petrich.
The case is scheduled for consideration in an open court session on 22.11.2023. from 11:30 am.
To adm. case No. 1068/2023 to the contested election of the Municipal Council – Petrich, five more cases were added to the inventory of the Administrative Court – Blagoevgrad, all of which were initiated on appeals against No. 300-MI/31.10.2023 of the OIC – Petrich: adm. case No. 1069/2023, initiated on the complaint of Lachezar Mitrev; Adm. case No. 1073, initiated on the complaint of the “Movement Forward Bulgaria” party, the “Just Bulgaria united patriots” party, the “Bulgarian Voice” party, the “Future for the Motherland” party, the “VMRO – Bulgarian National Movement” party and the Green Party ; Adm. case No. 1082/2023, initiated on the complaint of Rosen Sradkov; Adm. case No. 1092/2023, initiated on the complaint of Iliana Popova and Adm. case No. 1093/2023, initiated on the complaint of Iliya Pashov.
Two of the complainants have filed in the Administrative Court – Blagoevgrad applications to withdraw the submitted complaints – Lachezar Mitrev and Iliya Pashov, both as candidates for municipal councilors in the municipality of Petrich. With Resolution No. 2120/14.11.2023 the court leaves their complaints without consideration and terminates the proceedings under adm. case No. 1068/2023 in its part on the complaints filed by Lachezar Mitrev and Iliya Pashov against Decision No. 300-MI/31.10.2023 of the Municipal Election Commission /OIC/ – Petrich.
