The Municipality of Burgas, as a partner in the Project “Adopt Me 2015”, financed by the Operational Program “Development of Human Resources” and the European Union through the European Social Fund, and the Regional Foster Care Team are organizing on November 23 at 1:00 p.m. in the hall in the Municipality informational meeting for established foster families, new ones wishing to provide the social service “foster care”, citizens concerned with foster care and representatives of institutions involved in social service.
The meeting will focus on the identified need and recruitment of new foster families.
Experts from the Regional Directorate of Social Assistance – Burgas, the “Child Protection” Department of the Directorate of Social Assistance – Burgas and “Hope and Homes for Children – Bulgaria branch” are also invited to take part in the organized event.
A special guest will be Kremena Stoyanova – a national expert on children’s policies at “Hope and Homes for Children – Bulgaria Branch”, who will give a lecture on “Raising Children with Disabilities”.
