All villages near the Minkovo pumping station do not have water supply. These are the villages General Kolevo, Tsarevets, Stefan Karadzha, Rosenovo, Ovcharovo, Slivnitsa and Lomnitsa. There is no water supply to other villages in the municipality of Dobrichka – Miladinovtsi, Lovchantsi, Kolkovnik Ivanovo, Zhitnitsa, Donchevo, Opanec, Tyanevoadded by the administration.
