The air temperatures at 5.00 this morning are positive. Out of all of Eastern Bulgaria and the Black Sea, the coldest is in Shumen, 1 degree, 2 degrees in Karnobat, 4 in Razgrad, 5 in Dobrich, where there is also 3 cm of snow, and 8 degrees in Silistra and Ruse.
By the sea – 7 degrees in Shabla, on Cape Emine and in Ahtopol, 10 degrees on Cape Kaliakra, 6 in Burgas.
