Seventh-grader from the Sports School Tsvetelina Apostolova placed first in the “Peace Poster” International Competition on the theme “Dare to Dream”. The competition is held by the Ladies’ Lions Club Pazardzhik – Trakia.
Veronika Blagova from Pazardzhik Youth Center won second place, and Yagoda Georgieva from Georgi Bregov High School ranked third with her drawing.
From the Sports School, in addition to Tsvetelina’s drawing, the posters of sixth graders Elena – Nikol Ivanova, Vasil Filev, Maria Gaskova, Nikol Petrova, Nikol Tonkova, Georgi Pashov, Ioana Rumenova, Gabriela Donova, as well as Vanessa Peshlova and Alexandrina Miteva were awarded in the competition. since seventh grade. All of them received incentive awards, and their drawings are arranged in an exhibition at the Youth Home – Pazardzhik, which everyone can see until December 20.
Tsvetelina presented herself with a poster made in art classes with teacher Denitsa Gateva. “Having peace among people on Earth is the greatest wealth and this is my message – let’s unite and make the world more beautiful,” shared Tsvetelina at the award ceremony. With her success, she received the right to participate at the national level in the competition. If ranked, she will receive the right to participate in the International Competition, which will be held at the headquarters of Lions Clubs International in the USA.
