How residents of Varna appreciated the work of the new mayor Blagomir Kotsev

As soon as he took office, the new mayor of Varna, Blagomir Kotsev, was faced with a serious challenge. On the sixth day of the start of his mandate, Varna was hit by a hurricane that swept the streets of the city and caused hundreds of damages.

Blagomir Kotsev immediately convened a crisis headquarters, constantly informing the residents of the city about the decisions made through his profile on social networks.
