Dunav’s coach: We all want to move forward – Sesame Cup of Bulgaria

The head coach of Dunav, Martin Kovachev, spoke to the club website before hosting Levski in the 1/16 finals of the Sesame Cup of Bulgaria.

“A good match is coming up. I hope that many spectators will gather and support us. We are glad that a team of the rank of Levski has fallen to us. I hope that we will show a good game and please our supporters by qualifying for the next phase. All we want to go as far as possible in the tournament. Of course, Levski is the favorite in the match, because the difference in classes between the Second League and especially the leading teams from the First League is very big, but that does not mean that we do not have our chances and that we will not fight to oppose our rival in every possible way,” Kovachev said.

“From a sporting and technical point of view, we have our problems, although we managed to raise some of our players with injuries. We certainly won’t be able to count on Iliya Milanov and Nikola Kolev, but all the others appear to be on the line,” he added.
