The building of the Regional Health Inspectorate in Smolyan will be renovated with a substantial investment.
The public order is an engineering one – for the preparation of a technical investment project, construction and assembly works and author’s supervision for the site “Implementation of energy efficiency measures and ensuring accessibility in the building of the RZI – Smolyan”. Its estimated value is BGN 1,512,900 without VAT.
The deadline for submitting bids for participation is December 11, which will be opened the following day at 2 p.m.
Where does the money come from?
It is planned that the funding will be provided through a project under the procedure “Support for sustainable energy renovation of a public building fund for administrative services, culture and sports” under the Recovery and Sustainability Mechanism. It is specified in the documentation that at the moment the financing is not secured and the order is announced under the terms of Art. 114 of the Law on Public Procurement.
The building of the Sanitary and Epidemiological Station (Regional Health Inspection since 2011 – b. r.) in Smolyan was opened on the eve of September 9, 1963. At that time, it was the first of its kind in the country, meeting all hygienic and sanitary requirements, adapted to combat particularly dangerous infections, equipped with all the necessary laboratories, including the one missing until then in the district for virological research.
