The preparation of the water facilities in the center of Pleven for the winter season has begun. Since the beginning of this month, maintenance workers have been gradually washing with preparations the so-called “dandelions” in the area of the Water Cascade, the Water Cascade itself, the Singing Fountain in the City Garden and the Great Fountain on Vazrazhdane Square. In cooperation with the waterworks officials, all the taps in Pleven and in the “Kailka” park are also winterized, all the faucets and spouts from the water facilities will be put away.
After the main washing, the facilities are wrapped with stretch film to protect them in winter conditions, the activities are expected to be completed by the end of November.
