Pancho slapped the Deputy Minister of Health! Grabbed the head from practices in Rila’s Emergency | Faith

The former mayor of Dupnitsa and member of parliament from the dawn of democracy, Pancho Panayotov, reached the office of the Deputy Minister of Health, Dr. Petko Stefanovski. The meeting took place with the assistance of the People’s Representative from GERB-SDS, Radoslava Chekanska, who stood by Dr. Panayotov in his battle against “medical obscurantism”.

The legendary son mayor of Dupnitsa warned about violations related to the lack of organization in CSMP – Kyustendil, abuse of medicinal preparations in FSMP – Rila, harassment of sick people and depriving them of access to health care, through various mechanisms imposed by the management of the CSMP in the town of Kyustendil in the person of Dr. Albena Rapatinska.

The doctor has repeatedly expressed his serious doubts about falsification of official documents, diagnoses and treatment of patients, conducting a modified outpatient practice, violation of medical ethics, as well as established standards in the treatment of patients.

“The other day I had a private meeting with the Deputy Minister of Health, with the emergency department. The occasion, most of you know, is about the headstrong director of the Kyustendil ambulance service. I am impressed. I expected to see, a bureaucrat, an official, I expected him, as they usually do, to scold me. But. I saw another. A real doctor, to you with medicine, to you with emergency care. Acquainted with adversity and disapproving of it. I think he was sincere with me because he emotionally shared his suffering story of his professional life. We had a consensus, how things are and how they should be. When I showed him the sheet with the anamnesis, the status, the diagnoses and the “treatment”, he grabbed his head”, says Dr. Panayotov about his meeting with the Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Health.

He relies on a quick and adequate response from the Ministry of Health after the officially submitted question by the GERB-SDS MPs in the Kyustendil region, Radoslava Chekanska and Hristo Terziyski. The people’s representatives demanded answers from the Ministry of Health, also related to the establishment of committed violations, concerning the activities of the management of CSMP – Kyustendil, the lack of an electronic system in the centers for emergency assistance, as well as the attitude of the minister regarding identified gaps during an inspection by the IA “Medical supervision” (IAMN).
