The world-famous singer Valya Balkanska and the piper Petar Yanev were dear guests in the greenhouse complex of Desislava and Ivan Kaburovi in the village of Malo Konare, Pazardzhishko.
The farming family gave them a proper welcome and introduced them to the activities and production that goes to the markets and shops from their farm. This season, they bet on the early production of cucumbers and are enjoying an exceptionally good harvest.
“We met the unique and unique Valya Balkanska and Petyo Yanev a few years ago at a concert and became friends. Now whenever they pass by Pazardzhik on their way to performances, they call us and visit us. She is a very wise person and it is nice to one communicates with her,” says Desislava Kaburova.
In turn, Valya does not fail to brag to them that on her ranch near Smolyan, she has once again bet on zucchini, peas and several rows of potatoes, which she digs herself. “I want to be closer to the earth, because it feeds us. Before we put something on the table, someone has to produce it. I have always respected hardworking people and these young people like the Kaburov family, who produce,” says the cosmic singer.
She wanted to enter the rows of cucumbers and personally greet the workers in the greenhouse. She wished success to the farmers from Malo Konare, who these days are representing Bulgaria with dignity at an international exhibition in the Netherlands.
