Nearly 16,000 citizens visited the NRA office in Kardzhali from the beginning of 2024 to the end of March, according to data from the revenue agency here. On average, the office staff served 300 customers per day.
5,700 payments of tax and insurance obligations through the POS terminals were registered in the automatic queue management system for the first quarter of the year. Over 5 and a half million is the amount for tax and insurance obligations paid cashless through POS devices in the office of the administration.
Expectedly, given the beginning of the tax campaign, the number of persons who used the service for submitting tax and insurance declarations is also significant – 3,114, according to data from a queue management system.
In second place as the most requested service was the clarification of health status, for which 2,700 tickets were drawn.
1,600 persons requested and received personal identification codes, and 470 were certified European documents of working persons from the region in countries of the European Union.
The automatic queue management system recorded 7.18 minutes of service time for one customer by office staff, and the waiting time was within 4.32 minutes.
